35DP is located in the heart of the city. Sitting proudly on Donegall Place it is in close proximity to City Hall. The building began life as a bank and has witnessed the changing face of the city over the last 50 years. In its current incarnation 35DP is a refurbished, 30,147 sq ft high quality, 5 storey office building catering to a broad range of prospective occupiers.
The place-led name 35DP, reintroduced the site, grounding it in its long held location and embedding it into the civic and cultural fabric of the city. Our suite of wayfinding signage bringing personality and functionality to the building.
To further root the space in its local context, we commissioned Belfast-based artist Esther O’Kelly to create a large-scale piece inspired by the iconic Belfast Hills — now a permanent, place-defining feature in the building’s foyer.
We also curated a programme of exhibitions featuring leading contemporary artists and collectives, including Bernadette Doolan and Uphold. This cultural activation introduced new audiences to the space, building social value from day one.
