What began as a heritage review has quickly evolved into a strategic partnership to shape the future of Ardglass Golf Club, a globally unique links course set within a 15th-century castle on Northern Ireland’s east coast.
We have been re-engaged to develop a comprehensive masterplan, one that recognising the club’s historic and cultural significance, as well as its potential. This plan includes a review of governance and club structure, a golf development strategy, a major fundraising and investment prospectus, and an integrated marketing and communications plan, along with the creation of a brand mark for the project Vision 150.
At its core is a £5 million investment in a newly built golf academy and the restoration and conservation of the iconic clubhouse — ensuring the club remains a home for members, a support for new talent and a beacon for international visitors for generations to come. As the masterplan develops, the brand will emerge to support the future ambition.
